We deliver building construction, road and infrastructure construction, and general contracting services across Ethiopia.
Where is your office?
Akaki Kality Woreda 05, in front of Korki Factory, Addis Ababa.
Are you a licensed contractor?
Yes. ECOMA is registered as a licensed General Contractor since 2025. See our Licenses page for details.
Do you work outside Addis Ababa?
Yes, we undertake projects in Oromia, Amhara, Sidama, Central Ethiopia and Dire Dawa.
Starting a Project
How do I get a quote?
Use our Request a Quote form, call +251 11 471 9163 or email us with your drawings or requirements.
What do you need to prepare an estimate?
Architectural and structural drawings or a BoQ, site location, specifications and your target timeline. For an early budget, a brief and plot size are enough.
Can you help if I don't have drawings yet?
Yes, through our Design & Build service with partner consultants.
Do you visit the site before pricing?
Yes, a site visit is part of our estimation process.
Cost, Contracts & Payment
How is pricing structured?
Usually BoQ-based unit rates or a lump sum, agreed in a written contract.
What are the payment terms?
Typically an advance (against a guarantee where required), followed by milestone or monthly payments for certified work.
How do you handle changes?
Through written variation orders agreed before the extra work proceeds.
Quality, Safety & After-Care
How do you ensure quality?
With a project quality plan, material testing, inspections and documented approvals.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, a defects liability period as defined in your contract.
How will I know how my project is progressing?
Through regular progress reports with photos and scheduled site meetings.
How do you keep sites safe?
Every site has an HSE plan, PPE, inductions and daily toolbox talks.
